📌 Key Responsibilities as an Early Years Educator:

🎨 Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
🧸 Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children to thrive
📚 Support children's early literacy and numeracy development through interactive play and structured activities
👩‍👧 Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
📝 Monitor and record children's development and progress, sharing regular updates with parents and carers
🛡️ Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are adhered to

🎯 What We Are Looking For in an Early Years Educator:

✔️ A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BTEC, or equivalent)
✔️ Experience working with young children in an Early Years or Nursery setting
✔️ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔️ A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to early years education
✔️ A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
