Quarriers are currently recruiting a full timeEarly Years Family Practitionerto join our dedicated team at ourNursery in Ruchazie. The nurseryset withina purpose-built centre, with bright modern rooms, designed around the needs of children from birth to three years and we are looking for someone who will support children in the early stages of their development and who will prioritise children at the heart of all they do.
As anEarly YearsFamily Practitioneryou will work as a team providing high quality care and ensuringthe wellbeing and educational needs of the children aredeliveredwhile creating positive experience and environment where children can thrive. You will work with a group of children driving learning journeys and taking into consideration individuals needs.
What you will need to bring to the role
Essential you hold a HNC Childcare and Education or equivalent childcare qualification
Compassion and kindness to support young childrenin the early stages of their life.
Ability to build positive relationships between parents/carers and children.
Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
