We're seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner or Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team in a friendly and supportive pre-school setting. This role is ideal for individuals with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years who are enthusiastic about fostering a positive learning environment for young children.

**About the Role:**
- **Position:** Early Years Practitioner / Early Years Teaching Assistant
- **Location:** Lancaster and Morecambe
- **Hours:** 8:45 AM - 3:45 PM, with both full-time and part-time positions available
- **Type:** Long-term agency position with the potential to transfer to a permanent role after 12 weeks
- **Pay:** Competitive rate, with pay based on experience and qualifications

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the learning and development of young children, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment
- Work closely with other practitioners and teachers to deliver structured play and educational activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the team to foster a strong sense of community and trust
- Observe and assess children's progress, tailoring activities to individual needs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive space

**Requirements:**
- **Essential Qualification:** Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach to working with young children
- Ability to adapt and respond to the changing needs of the pre-school setting
- Commitment to fostering children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence
