Early Years Practitioner

Salary: £80 - £120 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly team at a nursery within a primary school setting in Sunderland. This role is pivotal in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for early years children.

Responsibilities:

• Engage children in activities that promote their learning and development.
• Support the planning and delivery of creative and educational activities.
• Monitor and record the progress of children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all children.
• Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate activities.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working in an early year setting.
• Hold a relevant qualification in early years education (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Be passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.
• Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
