Early Years Practitioner

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and providing a safe, stimulating environment for children to learn and grow? We're seeking dedicated individuals with a minimum NNEB or CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
• Providing a diverse range of engaging play and learning activities.
• Working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Supporting children developmental progress through interactive play.
• Participating in curriculum planning and policy development.
• Attending staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum NNEB or CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Paediatric first aid, safeguarding, and basic food hygiene certifications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work Tuesday to Friday, 8am/9am to 5.00pm.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Enhanced DBS check and registration with the DBS update service.
