Are you a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 Childcare qualification or equivalent? Reeson Education is seeking an individual to join a vibrant Children's Centre in Islington. Key Responsibilities:

• Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, fostering a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.
• Provide one-to-one and group support, including for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly Autism.
• Assist in planning and delivering creative, play-based learning activities alongside Early Years Educators.
• Build nurturing relationships with children to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Childcare qualification or equivalent (essential).
• Experience working with young children in an Early Years setting.
• Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable.
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
