Early Years Practitioner | Level 2/3 Childcare Qualification | £26K-£30K | Full-Time | Enfield, North London

Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for a fulfilling role in a well-established nursery? Reeson Education is excited to offer an opportunity to work full-time, 40 hours per week in day nurseries across Enfield, helping young children develop essential skills through play and learning.

This is a permanent position for a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is committed to providing the highest standard of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

The Role:

• Position: Early Years Practitioner.
• Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Location: Day nurseries in Enfield, North London.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting children's early learning, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and essential life skills in a nurturing, inclusive setting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality early years education, following the EYFS framework.
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and free play activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them updated on their child's progress.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with the nursery team to ensure a fun and engaging atmosphere for all children.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting.
• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
• Good understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
