This is a fantastic role for someone looking to work 40 hours per week, in a warm and welcoming nursery environment, helping children aged 0-5 years thrive in their early development.

The Role:

• Position: Early Years Practitioner.
• Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Location: Day nurseries across Waltham Forest.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that supports children's learning, curiosity, and emotional well-being.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe and encouraged.
• Promote language, social, and emotional development through play-based learning.
• Ensure the safety, health, and hygiene of all children under your care.
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and nursery staff to support each child's development.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A passion for early childhood development and learning through play.
