As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
• Promote children's well-being, safeguarding, and health and safety at all times.

Requirements:

• A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent).
• Experience working in an early years setting is mandatory.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
