This Early Years TA role would be perfect for an aspiring primary school teacher. You will gain a broad range of experience and strategies that will set you apart from the rest.
It is an absolutely gorgeous primary school, full of supportive and friendly staff. The school has great transport links and onsite parking available. The senior leadership team is extremely helpful and supportive. They truly know how important it is to take care of their staff and help them grow.
The ideal candidate should:
Have either Level 3 CACHE or relevant teaching assistant qualification or degree.
Be able to support the nursery and promote their ethos.
Support the children in their learning and encourage growth and independence.
To deal with challenging behaviour in a calm and patient manner.
Create and follow daily session plans that meet EYFS.
Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and other team members.
Offer consistency and reliability.
Believe that all children deserve equal opportunities and encourage them to exceed expectations.
Be creative and find different activities that keep the children's minds stimulated.
