As an Early teacher you must possess the following:

• Eligibility to work in UK
• Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent qualification
• Enhanced child DBS on the update service
• Excellent communication skills and classroom management.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.

Your Responsibilities includes:

• Plan and deliver appropriate learning experiences to cater the needs of young children.
• Create an engaging classroom environment so that children feel safe, respected, and motivated to explore and learn.
• Observe and assess a child's progress and collaborate to support each child's development.
• Collaborate on strategies to promote learning.
• Assess student progress through a variety of methods.
