Early Years Teacher

Job Role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons to Early Years students.
• Maintain full class responsibilities, including marking and assessing pupil progress.
• Follow the National Curriculum and Key Stage 1 (KS1) guidelines.
• Ensure excellent behaviour management to foster a positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student development.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and parents to enhance the educational experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status.
• Proven experience in Early Years and Key Stage 1 (KS1) education.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
