Rate: £162.31 - £223.63 per day
Monarch Education is thrilled to offer a wonderful opportunity for an EYFS Teacher to join a 'Good' Ofsted-rated school in the heart of Banbury, North Oxfordshire. The school provides a warm and happy learning environment, where children are supported to thrive and develop.
\nThis is a part-time role, with hours from Tuesday to Friday, where you will be expected to manage planning and marking, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nPlan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the national curriculum.
\nAssess and monitor children's progress, tracking their development and providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
\nFoster a positive, nurturing learning environment where children can grow in confidence and ability.
\nPlan and mark work, ensuring all lesson plans meet the needs of all pupils.
\nEnsure that safeguarding and child welfare is at the forefront of your teaching practice.
\nCollaborate with colleagues to support the children's academic and personal development.
\nRequirements:
\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
\nExperience teaching EYFS and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
\nPassionate about creating an inclusive, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for young children.
\nStrong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage marking and feedback effectively.
\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.
\nA commitment to the welfare and development of all children.
