About the Role: Are you passionate about nurturing young minds in their early educational journey? GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team in Gateshead. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning of young children, ensuring they receive the best start in their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment for early years students.
• Support classroom activities and help students engage with learning materials.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement educational plans and monitor progress.
• Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional development.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an early years setting preferred.
• Relevant qualifications or training in early years education advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
