The school and role

A primary school in Royton, are seeking an engaging and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their early years team. The appointed Teaching Assistant will benefit from working alongside experienced members of staff and lots of opportunities for professional development. The successful Teaching Assistant will be a passionate and proactive individual, capable of building good relationships with pupils and staff. You must have a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be able to work with the class teacher to create a safe and nurturing environment. This is a part time role from 08:30-12:30, Mon-Fri. 

Requirements The desired Teaching Assistant will have:

• Have experience working in Early Years Foundation Stage
• Have excellent behaviour management skills
• Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
