We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to join our team at a well-established pre-school in Lancaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early educational development of children, supporting them as they embark on their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Support children in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young children (preferably in a pre-school or early years setting).
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education is desirable, but not essential.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
