Early Years Teaching Assistant - The Role

• Full-time position (Monday - Friday)
• Support the Reception class teacher with daily activities
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to develop key early skills

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Requirements

• Previous experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or in EYFS is essential
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
• Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Passion for supporting young children at the start of their education journey
