Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are looking to recruit a number of bank staff for a primary school in the Bilston area who are seeking level 3 Early Years Teaching assistants to provide support in across their setting. The School prides themselves on supporting their students and achieving the best results possible and are seeking candidates who can follow and support their ethos. We are looking for staff who can start immediately and are looking for both part time or full time hours as they have 2 available roles.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience:

• Support students that need guidance in reaching learning targets.
\n
• Can deliver basic phonics.
\n
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
\n
• Good grammar and spoken English.
\n
• Provide learning interventions.
\n
• Excellent at raising attainment.
\n
• Able to encourage pupils to learn and build their confidence.
\n

Qualification and Skills Level 3 qualification relating to Education / Child Care or degree.
