A lovely little school are on the lookout for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team this term. With small class sizes, you will be able to provide the tailored support needed for each student with the use of their fabulous facilities. **Key Responsibilities**

• Work as a team to create individual learning plans

• Aid in the early stages of development
• Use your creative flair to create activities which aid development in areas such as motor skills

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Must have a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification in Early Years
• Passion for working with early years
• Reliability
• Knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
