Earth Works Site Manager

PCR Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Earth Works�Site Manager in Frimley area to start immediately on a long term freelance basis. Our client is a major UK�principal contractor and the position is based on a new build project. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

Job duties:

• Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)


• Short term programming.


• Health & Safety (RAMS).


• Sub-contractor coordination.


• Quality Assurance


• Liaising with client team and sub-contractors


• Progress meetings with sub-contractors

Responsibilities:

• Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS


• Must have proven experience as a Site Manager


• Must have strong organisational and communication skills
