They will have the ability to translate a client's requirements into a meaningful engineering and technical solution. Good communication skills are essential. /p p strong Key responsibilities /strong /p ul li Maintain the engineering quality of the project delivery, ensuring compliance with client specifications and engineering standards and local domain policy and procedures. /li li Assist in production of conceptual designs, optioneering studies, requirements capture, user requirements specification and use cases. /li li Experience in designing for functional safety systems is desirable. /li li Have experience of lifecycle and maturity management. /li li Quickly self-deliver pragmatic systems solutions from a brief problem statement. /li li Maintain compliance with Engineering Standards and applicable legislation. /li li Participate in Design and System Level Reviews. Ensure that subsequent design meets the project and client requirements. /li li Ensure the confidentiality and security of data and information received from clients is upheld. /li li Ensure effective project delivery to time and cost. /li li Support and mentor apprentices / graduates (where appropriate). /li /ul p strong Desired Qualifications / Prerequisites: /strong /p ul li Good working knowledge of EC&I design software; E.g.
