The firm's market-leading Equity Capital Markets practice integrates expertise in UK ECM, US securities law, financial services regulatory and Listing Rule sponsor transactions. The team's lawyers regularly act for issuers, shareholders, and the leading investment banks, the team's ECM experience ranges the spectrum from large and complex international equity offerings (including Rule 144A private placements) to smaller domestic transactions in all sectors.
They also advise Listing Rule sponsors with reverse takeovers, class and related party transactions and complex demergers. They are experienced in structuring and listing investment funds and advising on a range of equity-linked transactions.
The team are now seeking a Senior Associate to join their thriving practice in London.
As part of the team, responsibilities will include advising issues, shareholders, and investment banks on the full range of ECM transactions, including IPOs for commercial companies, investment funds and SPACs, demergers, secondary issues, shareholders sell-downs, and pre-IPO private placements. You may also advise on various UK Listing Rule transactions, such as reverse takeovers, class transactions, related party transactions, share buy-backs, and transfers of listing segment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE in Equity Capital Markets gained from a top-tier City or international law firm. You will also have excellent academics.
