What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct ecological surveys, assessments, and impact studies.

• Provide expert advice to ensure projects comply with environmental regulations.

• Support Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) strategies and implementation.

• Assist with planning applications and ecological mitigation plans.

• Mentor junior ecologists and contribute to team development.

• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry forums.

What We're Looking For:

• A BSc/MSc in Ecology or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in ecological consultancy, including fieldwork.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).

• A full UK driving licence.
