eCommerce Acquisition Manager

Central Employment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading UK Automotive parts brand, as they look to recruit an eCommerce Acquisition Manager, to join their newly formed in-house D2C Performance Marketing team, operating from the West Midland hub.
Responsibilities
Create and implement a strong CRM strategy that focuses on growing email lists, customer engagement and increased customer lifetime value
Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
Analysing data from marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content.
Developing creative briefs and assigning to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape the future strategy and tactics
Keeping up to date on the latest social media trends and use this to build and execute a social media strategy
Collaborating with eCommerce team and performance marketing agencies to brainstorm new creative ideas and ensure alignment across channels
