We are currently working with a diverse and unique company in Buckinghamshire that offers innovative acoustic products. Their clients include major household brands. Due to rapid growth, they are seeking an E-commerce / Digital Marketing Manager to drive their B2B success with a B2C approach.
In this exciting stand-alone role, the Ecommerce Manager will work on development and implementation of strategies to boost online sales and enhance user experience, as well as planning and executing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. In addition, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Creating, managing and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
* Maintaining and improving the ecommerce website.
* Using analytics tools to monitor performance and prepare detailed reports.
* Enhancing the online customer journey and improving retention.
* Working with product, sales, and customer service teams to align ecommerce activities.
* Managing relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
* Developing and managing the ecommerce and digital marketing budget.
* Staying updated on trends and proposing innovative solutions.
The ideal E-commerce Manager will have 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce management with a focus on digital marketing, in a B2B environment. They must hold a proven track record in managing and growing ecommerce channels, as well as experience with analytics, AdWords, and proficiency with digital marketing tools and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce etc.). You will also hold a strong analytical mindset, with good project management skills. The role would strongly suit someone from a translatable sector, working with trend products such as Audio Visual, office furniture or commercial interiors.
The role would be predominantly office based in Beaconsfield, with parking permits available
