This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. This area of the business is the organisations owned and operated e-commerce channel for hardware devices and services. Our mission is to deliver excellent ecommerce experiences for our customers and maximize first party hardware device and service sales. We strive to have polished end user experiences offering the best.
As a EMEA Operations Associate you will play a pivotal role in the development and smooth running of the e-commerce business operations as they scale in-region. Our team manages all sites across EMEA and is responsible for driving an optimal customer experience and revenue across the breadth of this organisations device and services portfolio.
You'll be deeply involved in exciting product launches, strategy, promotional planning and forecasting. You will be expected to provide operational support to the Trading Team whilst helping improve the customer experience at every step.
Provide operational support across EMEA, including locking-in a wide variety of promotions and ensuring timely and accurate implementation. (Promo planning & execution)
Provide trading and commercial managers with up-to-date pricing, promo trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and revenue growth. (Pricing & market monitoring)
Conduct pre and post analysis of promotions, features and key campaigns to measure effectiveness, ROI and identify areas of improvement. Analysis and promo evaluation)
Serve as a day-to-day primary point of contact for trading operations, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally and applying a sales-oriented mindset to drive commercial success.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Sales / trading experience in an e-commerce environment
Experience with the retail and online sector and ecosystem
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
Operational experience within a fast-paced online sales environment
Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with partners
