Role Overview:

As an ECT Teacher - Primary, you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements:

• Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or recently qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status, PGCE or equivalent degree.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
