About the Role:
As an ECT Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs by delivering high-quality, engaging, and adaptive teaching within small class settings. You will be responsible for creating tailored learning experiences that embrace personalised learning, scaffolding strategies, and multimodal teaching approaches to address individual needs and inspire a love for learning. Working alongside dedicated Learning Mentors, you will provide targeted interventions and differentiated instruction to ensure all students can access the curriculum effectively.
This role is ideal for an ECT Teacher who is passionate, adaptable, and has an understanding of neurodiversity, inclusive pedagogy, and SEND best practices. You must be proactive, resourceful, and eager to create an inspiring learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to achieve their potential.
