Location: Manchester - Hybrid Working (2 days in office)

Contract: Temporary, 6 months (possibility to extend)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 (weekly pay)

Pay Rate: �12.80 per hour

We're looking for an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst to join our client's Source to Pay team. In this 6-month fixed-term role, you'll play a key role in troubleshooting supplier Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), ensuring smooth transactions, and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot ASN processing to keep supply chains running smoothly.
  • Work cross-functionally with suppliers, commercial teams, and supply chain to resolve issues.
  • Analyse data and report trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a key contact for EDI queries and best practices.

What we're looking for:

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • EDI knowledge and an understanding of messaging protocols.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience handling large data sets.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
