The Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing high-quality education professionals in roles ranging from primary and secondary teaching positions to support staff roles. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a talent for building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with schools, academies, and colleges.

* Source and screen candidates for teaching and support roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

* Conduct interviews and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and compliance checks.

* Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

* Meet and exceed recruitment and sales targets.

* Stay informed on trends in education and recruitment to advise clients and candidates effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in the education sector) OR a background in education with a desire to move into recruitment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.

* Familiarity with compliance and safeguarding requirements in the education sector.

* A proactive and resilient approach to challenges.
