Position: Education Studies graduate
Salary: £12.82 to £14.61 per hour (dependent on payroll choice at interview)
Location: Market Drayton and surrounding areas
Start Date: 6TH January 2025
Hours: Flexible, typically 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, no weekends

Role and Responsibilities of an Education Studies Graduate:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for students, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
- Support students with additional needs, helping them to thrive in both mainstream and SEND settings.
- Assist the teacher in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Prepare learning materials and support the delivery of lessons.
- Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Foster the social and emotional development of the students in your care.
- Contribute to school life and collaborate with other staff to achieve the best outcomes for all students.
The successful Education Studies Graduate will need to provide:
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A relevant education studies certificate
- A 10-year checkable work/education history.
- To complete our compliance process, which includes 2 years of referencing and an enhanced DBS check.
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
