EHS Advisor

We have a great opportunity for an EHS Advisor to join our clients manufacturing plant in Stafford for a 6 month contract, with option to go permanent.
The successful applicant will participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and associated policies and regulations for the companies Stafford manufacturing operations.
Minimum requirements

• 1-2 years of working experience in a EHS role.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
• Level Working Knowledge or PPE, COSHH, Risk Assessments, PUWER, Legal Requirements, Training, Waste Management, Sustainability, Contractor management, Cranes and lifting devices, Incident management, MHE, LOTO and high-risk activity e.g. working at height.
• We are looking for a high level working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and it is essential to have PowerPoint and excel, it would be nice to have Power BI, but this can be taught.

A member of IOSH is desirable. If not a member the client is willing to pay the monthly fee for the right candidate.
Role: EHS Associate
Rate: �19.92 PAYE
Holiday: 33 inducing bank holidays
Location: Stafford
Hybrid / Site: This is a fully on site role
Hours: Working Mon - Thurs 4 days a week - 07:15-16:30, 37 hours per week. The client can give some flexibility around start and finish times.
