Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.


• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.


• Oversee and manage EHS programs across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent approach to safety and compliance.


• Investigate incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.


• Lead training initiatives to enhance EHS awareness and performance among employees.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in EHS standards.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified to Level 5 or 6 in a relevant EHS discipline.


• Extensive experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sectors, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the food industry.


• Proven track record of managing EHS responsibilities across multiple sites.


• Excellent knowledge of EHS legislation and best practices.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.


• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
