EI&C Engineer

This EI&C Engineer position calls for a professional capable of managing and executing projects in the industrial manufacturing sector. Description

• To provide electrical and control technical support for the projects and products designed within the division, from top-level design through to detailed design, component selection and verification
• Technical support role for electrical and control department for projects and products
• Planning of contract electrical and control design activities to achieve project and department deadlines
• Specification/selection/verification of major components
• Creation and control of hardware and software design for projects and products

Profile

A successful EI&C Engineer should have:

• HNC in electrical/control engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
• Proven experience in relevant engineering role
• Experience of Process Instrumentation specification and selection
• Ability to work on own initiative to meet project deadlines
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience of Hazardous area working or design
• Allan Bradley and/or Siemens PLC programming experience
