Electrical Assembly Technician

My client in the Hoyland area of Barnsley are looking for x 2 Electrical Assembly Operatives.

Duties of the Role:

The role is to undertake the assembly and testing of various components to the completion and testing of company products.

Responsibilities:

� Soldering of various electronic assemblies including hand placement and soldering

at component level on PCBs.

� Preparing panel enclosure for final assembly including drilling operation.

� Final panel assembly and test.

� Keeping work area clean and tidy.

� Following all company quality procedures and practices.

Essential Skills

� Practical experience of electronic assembly techniques and components.

� Soldering experience and component level (hand soldering).

� Practical experience of mechanical assembly using both hand tools and power tool

� Practical experience of panel wiring and testing.

� Comfortable in the handling of sealants and adhesives.

� Understanding of manufacturing processes.

� Willingness to learn.

� Excellent attention to detail.
