Description
- Ensuring safety procedures and protocols are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining and improving the efficiency of the production line.
- Performing regular checks and preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in a timely manner.
- Supporting the engineering team in implementing new processes and systems.
- Documenting all engineering activities for future reference.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
- Training junior staff members on the electrical aspects of the production line.
Profile
A successful Electrical Bias Shift Engineer should have:
- An NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in maintaining and improving production lines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
