Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations
\n
• Oversee sub-contractors, track progress, and hold weekly meetings
\n
• Report labor hours for tracking
\n
• Attend various site and project meetings
\n
• Help close out project items with the project manager's support
\n
• Contribute to weekly progress reports
\n
• Review and highlight issues in progress reports
\n
• Record weekly safety stats and labor projections
\n
• Hold weekly commercial meetings to track costs and variations
\n
• Develop and implement procedures with package managers
\n

 
Electrical Construction Manager Requirements:

• Trade background with 5-7 years of experience in large projects
\n
• Proven record in managing large installation projects
\n
• Experience in design and build
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
\n
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
\n
