Location: Northwest, Wales, or North East (Hybrid Working)

Salary: �55,000 - �65,000 per year

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager with a strong background in estimation to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and oversee electrical contracts, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. This hybrid role offers flexibility and is based in the North West, Wales, or North East.



Key Responsibilities:




  1. Manage and oversee electrical contracts from inception to completion

  2. Prepare and review estimates and quotations for electrical projects

  3. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

  5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations

  6. Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

  7. Manage project budgets and financials, including cost control and reporting

  8. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues



About You:




  • Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager with a strong background in estimation

  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations

  • Strong industry contacts and relationships

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities



Qualifications:




  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field

  • Certification in project management is advantageous
