Electrical Design Engineer

Leading Electrical Design organisation is hiring for an Electrical Design Engineer for their team based onsite in Tyne and Wear. This is a permanent role.In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customer projects, overseeing them from concept to completion. This position involves a blend of industrial electrical engineering, control system design, and project management.Responsibilities include:Serve as the primary liaison for customer projectsDesign and draft industrial electrical control systemsDevelop and manage project timelines and deliverablesCreate detailed electrical CAD drawingsSpecify and source components to meet design requirementsExperience/Qualifications:Proficiency in industrial electrical control system designExperience with industrial control panelsSkilled in using electrical CAD software for drafting and drawingAbility to prepare accurate quotes and technical documentationFamiliarity with machinery control systemsIt would be desirable if you had any of the following:Professional registration (IEng or CEng)Experience with PLC softwareKnowledge of functional safety standardsExperience with wiring or site installationExperience with system or machinery commissioningUnderstanding of mechanical engineering principlesPlease apply for immediate interview!
