Electrical Design Engineer

They are seeking a skilled and confident Electrical Engineer to join their small team in Milton Keynes. This role involves a mix of site visits and design work, with less than half of the time spent attending meetings and undertaking site visits, while the remainder focuses on electrical design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to represent the company.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

• Create detailed electrical designs in line with project requirements.

• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to address project needs.

Requirements:

• Confidence in attending meetings and engaging with clients.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Renewable Energy, Sustainability or a related field

• Proficiency in software's such as CAD, Revit, IES VE

• Strong knowledge of building services principles and low energy / carbon designs

• Familiarity with Building Regs and CIBSE standards / guides

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and root cause analysis
