Role Overview:
The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems and components for prefabricated housing and modules in power generation and distribution sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that electrical systems meet the specific needs of each project, while adhering to all relevant electrical standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical designs for prefabricated modules and housings used in critical power generation and distribution environments.
• Create electrical schematics, layouts, and detailed wiring diagrams using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Conduct load analysis, fault current calculations, and ensure proper selection of electrical equipment and components.
• Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to integrate electrical designs seamlessly into overall module solutions.
• Ensure compliance with national and international electrical standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Specify, source, and assess electrical components, ensuring high performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing process and assist with troubleshooting as necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Electrical Design Engineer, ideally within the power generation or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., IEC, NEC).
• Experience in designing systems for critical or mission-critical infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
