The duties of the Electrical Design Engineer are:

• Create general arrangement drawings, wiring schematics and bills of material.


• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer requirements and submit quotations to customers.


• Design product for manufacture to ensure efficient production.


• Visit suppliers and customers as necessary.


• Review manufacturing issue feedback sheets and put in place corrective actions to prevent repeat occurrences.

Experience required of the Electrical Design Engineer

• Educated to HNC level or similar in Electrical Engineering.


• 2-3 years of electrical design experience in industry.


• Experience using AutoCAD Electrical or similar software.


• Comfortable liaising with customers.
