�45,000-�52,000 + Monday to Friday, 37hrs + Company Car (Personal Use inc.) + 10% Performance Bonus + Company Pension + Holiday + Office and Site Based Travel (inc. UK and Overseas)

The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to manage a team of Design Engineers and Technicians in both Nottingham and Dubai offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of projects meeting deadlines, financials, Health and Safety, engineering and more activities.

The Role
*Electrical Design Manager
*Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Design Team
*Ensuring that projects meet deadlines, Design Engineering, SHEQ, Financials etc.
*Reporting into the Engineering Director
*Office based, Nottingham - with occasional site visits to clients and Dubai (3-4 times across a year)
The Person
*Electrical Design Manager
*Candidates with proven experience in a leadership/ supervisory position - For example, as a Senior Engineer, Team Leader or Manager
*Holding Electrical and/ or Electronic qualifications
*Extensive knowledge of electricity networks, Low Voltage, to 400KV
*Holding either a UK Passport or EU
*Able to pass Personnel Security Standard checks
