An award winning manufacturing business are looking for an�Electrical Engineer�to join their friendly, busy service department and be responsible for the�repair, servicing and testing of life-saving medical devices.� This will involve you�investigating issues with devices and repairing, before�testing and checking electrical safety�and�returning them to clients,�using tools�and instruments.� You will also carry out�scheduled maintenance on devices�and�provide technical support�to customers as well.
As an�Electrical Engineer�your new role will involve:
  • Repair, service, and overhaul of�medical equipment
  • Electrical testing of repaired devices
  • Providing technical support to new and prospective customers by phone and e-mail
  • Completing warranty job sheets with fault details, resolution and repair details, and parts list
  • Installing and commissioning new, loan and repaired systems
  • Investigating customer issues raised as per Quality SLAs
  • Raising quotes on the system for work to be carried out

For this opportunity within a growing business, I am interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as an Electrical Engineer,Service Technician, Repair Technician, Service Engineer, Electronics Technician, or�Technical Engineer,�and who have used tools and instruments in an electronical technical role capacity.� The�ability to�repair electronics to PCB levelis definitely of interest.
Salary for this role is �30,000 to �35,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
