Electrical Engineer

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Qualified Electrical Engineer on a full time, permanent basis in Bedford.

Most of the work will be local, however some will require travelling into London. Travel time is paid and so is a company van.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer and have experience in commercial electrical works and a strong ability to conduct testing,

Duties will include:

• Performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial projects.
• Conducting electrical testing and provide necessary certifications.
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Travelling to various job sites, both locally and further afield as required.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

Candidate requirements include:

• Relevant qualifications (NVQ, AM2 etc.)
• Valid driving license
• Some experience in domestic, commercial and industrial environments
• Electrical testing and certification (desirable)
