Electrical Engineer

Expleo are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestige automotive client for an Electrial Engineer focused within the harness & power supply validation within the automotive sector. You will be responsible for the support to the electronic and team with all aspects.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer -
Validation Tasks:
Ensure the reliability of power supply architecture.
Confirm circuits of electronic parts.
Verify the layout of wiring looms and harness parts.
Assess functionality, performance, and reliability according to Nissan's design/test standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Test Planning:
Develop test plans to align with project and design milestones.
Create testing procedures, confirm vehicle specifications, and identify test parts required. This includes arranging vehicle transportation when necessary.

Technical Coordination:
Serve as the project leader for overall vehicle test technical coordination when required.
Formally report test results to design sections and upper management.

Requirements of the Electrical Engineer

Required Skills and Qualifications

Electrical Knowledge: Proficient in electrical theory and the operation of electronic devices.
Language Skills: Fluent in both written and verbal English.
Harness/EDS Experience: Experienced in harness and EDS layout and application.
Circuit Diagram Proficiency: Capable of following system circuit diagrams and identifying electrical connections.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated practical experience with problem-solving tools and techniques.
CAD Tools: Experienced in using automotive CAD tools.
