Our client is one the largest growing Building Service Providers in the UK, expanding at a rapid pace, and are now looking to expand their team by bringing on an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a flagship site in Liverpool Street. You will be working on a high end commercial property, ensuring all PPM and Reactive maintenance is carried out, ensuring statutory compliance is adhered to and represent the company in a positive manner. This is a static role, following a fixed pattern of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, a client facing attitude and the motivation to progress further internally within the company.

Duties:

To identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks as necessary.
M&E Planned and Reactive maintenance - EML and Fire Alarm tests, AHU, FCU, minor Plumbing and Fabric maintenance, lighting & lamping repairs etc.
Execute routine servicing, repair, and adjustment of machinery or equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans designated by the Engineering Supervisor/ BSM's.
Employ a flexible approach to encompass additional skills or trades, prioritising cost-effective completion of all assigned tasks.
Ensure optimal plant and equipment efficiency by meticulously adhering to prescribed requirements and instructions for each task.
Fulfill any reasonable duties as assigned by the Building Services Manager or Engineering Supervisor.

Requirements:

Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent + 17th Edition as a minimum)
At least 3 years experience prior in similar roles
Client facing attitude
Apprentice trained & 18th Edition is highly desirable

Salary and Benefits:

£45,000 - £48,000 per annum
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
