We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work in a semi-static role, covering Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:





  • Perform electrical maintenance, including AHU and FCU maintenance.




  • Conduct PPMs and reactive repairs as required.




  • Carry out minor plumbing and fabric maintenance tasks.




  • Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8) and �120 standby payment.





Requirements:





  • Fully qualified electrician with facilities management (FM) experience.




  • Comfortable handling additional tasks such as plumbing and fabric maintenance.




  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.




  • Full UK driving license.
