We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM provider, working on a single-site contract in Manchester. This role involves carrying out electrical planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities for an Electrical Engineer:

• Perform electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on-site.


• Conduct PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) to minimise downtime.


• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.


• Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.


• Work collaboratively with the site team to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements for an Electrical Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.


• 18th Edition qualification (or equivalent).


• Experience working in facilities management (FM).


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
