We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work on the Cardiff Univesity�contract as a Multiskilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PPMs and reactive repairs as required.


• Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8) and �120 standby payment.


• Lighting systems (indoor, outdoor, emergency)


• Ventilation and exhaust fans


• Air filters and ductwork


• Pumps (sump, booster, circulation)


• Fan Coil Units


• Air handling units


• BMS Systems


• Fire Alarms

Requirements:

  Level 3 Electrical Qualification

  17th or 18th Edition

  
  


• 
  

  Full UK driving license.
